Host and Interior Designer, Kalyn Rothaus, builds excitement as viewers get a behind-the-scenes look at the renovations on a modern hi-tech office space.

(POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – PR LOG – February 25, 2015) Office Spaces™, a reality office design series welcomes VIMaec, CARVART, Karndean International and Lacava on Friday, February 26, 2019 at 7:00 AM (ET/PT) on Lifetime®. Produced by BrandStar’s award-winning home improvement show Designing Spaces®, Office Spaces offers a twist — the remodeling, renovations and redesign will be filmed on location for its own new corporate headquarters, located next door to their current site.

The following partners helped make it possible:

Leveraging Virtual Blueprints – with VIMaec

VIMaec allows the non-architects involved in construction, a remodel or a renovation to see the building or room as it will look when it’s built, which can save the expenses of change orders. VIMaec takes 3D BIM plans and runs them into a 3D game environment, making it possible to walk around the building, collaborating with the architect and designers in a virtual environment – your future office/home.  It’s the only visual software that can view, count and cost. Go to http://VIMaec.com/ for more information.

Combining Design and Productivity – with CARVART

CARVART is a leading creative solutions company specializing in turnkey architectural glass products and hardware systems.  For BrandStar’s new corporate headquarters, CARVART harnessed the sensory interaction between glass and light via transparency and reflection to add a modern, open feel to the space. Two perfect examples are the office partitions and the glass toilet cubicles, which create privacy without feeling too restricted. To discover all of the beautiful colors, gradient and graphic designs that CARVART offers, go to http://carvart.com/.

Installing Luxury Vinyl Tiles – with Karndean International

Karndean has been in the flooring business for over 40 years and is considered one of the industry leaders in luxury vinyl tile, or LVT. In this episode of Office Spaces, Interior Designer, Kalyn Rothaus, has chosen a herring bone pattern for BrandStar’s new corporate headquarters. She looks on as Karndean technicians insert sensors into the existing building’s concrete slab to measure for moisture. Since there is a high level of moisture in the concrete, the Karndean installers will lay down a water barrier product called VeraShield. This will prevent water from seeping through the concrete and affecting the vinyl tile, and the finished job makes the floors look absolutely fabulous! Custom Bathroom Features – with Lacava

Lacava is known for their custom made vanities, mirrors, and LED lighting. They import faucets and sinks from Italy and then manufacture all of the furniture in Chicago. Host Kalyn Rothaus chose Lacava to modify the bathrooms because they are Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant, their new line of bathroom furniture features beautiful finishes, and their talented artisan wood workers are able to create all types of custom designs with a strong focus on quality. Visit http://www.lacava.com to see all of Lacava’s collections.
